Busy Premier Residential Real Estate Company Looking for
Articulate, Bright and Driven Individual for Full-Time Leasing Assistant Position
Perfect for Recent College Graduate
Opportunity to train & ‘learn the ropes’ for someone looking to become a licensed real estate agent/broker
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
Answering multi-line phones
Responding to incoming email queries
Organizing and documenting high volume sales/leasing traffic
Client services
Scheduling
Creating and updating daily and weekly reports
Maintaining leasing office
Showing apartment at various properties throughout Manhattan
Assisting leasing staff in any way necessary
Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Web/Internet savvy
Polite phone manners
Knowledge and experience with Microsoft applications (Excel and Word)
Full-time candidates must be available to work weekend days.
Real Estate experience preferred but will train the right person
